Creative thinking, smart young talent, hardworking ‘get-it-made’ workforce, visionary leadership, and a network of artists and cultural organizations are among existing ingredients.

It’s a bold vision and this plan recommends that the Cities of Lansing and East Lansing and the region be the Midwest’s most welcoming and supportive destination for creative innovators and entrepreneurs.
