You can also contribute to the collaboration by email, from your computer or phone. Just send email to: smartercities@tumblr.com and include:

• the title or topic of your post in the Subject field
• the content in the body of the email.
• Important: tag your post at the end with your city, country and descriptive terms by entering the hashmark symbol in front of each tag term

You can even submit different kinds of posts such as pictures, text, links, quotes or audio clips by email and mobile device.
